Chapter 01
Ben Evans couldn’t take his eyes of the young woman beside him. Since he had taken the seat next to her and she had greeted him with a shy smile he’d gotten confused. Something about this young woman pulled him into her spell. He couldn’t explain it to himself. Since the death of his wife Maria, he had kept to himself. He tried to concentrate again of his papers, because an important business was soon to be concluded.
Meg sighed unconsciously. Again
tears came into her eyes. How could she had been blind for a so long time? Why
hadn’t she noticed, what was happening before her eyes? But loves makes you
blind. Never had she believed, that Tim, the man she had loved, and her best
friend Connie, could deceive her. Still before the wedding, she had surprised
Tim and Connie at an intimate embrace.
“Excuse me” Ben smiles to the young
woman near him “we’ll land in few minutes in L.A. You must fasten your
seat-belt.” Meg got scared and looked in a pair of eyes, she ad for a moment
forgotten where she was. Then she shyly smiled to the man next to her and said:
“Thanks.” “No problems.” Ben answered. Ben had trouble to turn away from this
sad face. Possibly something, he said to himself, had the woman been very hurt
recently. He packs his documents together to divert himself. Just a few minutes
and they would land. Then he had to see to it that he comes in time to his
meeting in Sunset Beach. When the airplane had landed, he took his bag. Before
he leaved the jet, he smiled to Meg.
Meg enjoyed the ride along the coast. She had rented a car at the airport and drove now aimlessly by the landscape. She did not know yet where she wanted to go. Actually this day should be her wedding day and she should be together with Tim on the way to the honeymoon. Without thinking she left Kansas. She only knew on thing the wanted. To get away from Ludlow. Away from Connie and Tim. Meg achieved the small town Sunset Beach and she decided for herself to stay here for a few days.
Ben entered his beach house
exhausted. Finally he was home. The meeting had fortunately been very short. He
entered the terrace of his house and enjoyed the wonderful view of the ocean.
Suddenly he again came to think about the young woman from the airplane. Well,
whichever problems she had? He will never get to know. He didn’t even know her
name. Also he didn’t know where she was going. He decided to go for jogging
around to order his thought.
Meg liked the small town Sunset
Beach. It had always been a dream of her, to leave Ludlow and live in
California. She left the pier and walked over the beach. Then and then she
stopped and enjoyed the view. “I’ll stay here for a few days vacation.” She
thought “This is the right place to come on other thoughts.” She went a few
steps backwards in order to still be able to enjoy the view even better.
Suddenly she collided with someone. “Oh…oh Sorry!” Meg turned around and looked
again into the two unbelievable eyes, into which she had once looked today.
“Nothing to it!” Ben smiled and couldn’t believe it, with whom he had an
accident. “I hope you are not hurt?” Ben asked. “Oh no.” answered Meg “I’m
alright.” “So long, have a nice day!” said Ben and continued. Meg looked a few
moments after Ben and then she walked along.
Meg
sauntered along the ocean drive and looked at the houses of the beach. In front
of one house, that her liked particularly, she stopped. "Wonderful" she said for
herself "What if I could see it from the inside." "You are invite" said a voice
beside her. Meg became red. Somehow she knew this voice. She turned around
and again looked into
those unbelievable eyes. " I
would gladly treat you on a cup of coffee, as an apology for our collision
before." "Oh" Meg didn't know what she would say. "Sorry, I didn't mean to
embarrassed you." Ben didn't tear away from her sad face. "Maybe I'll introduce
myself. My name is Ben Evans and I'm the owner of the house that, you are
admire." "Oh yes, it's a beautiful house." Meg tried to get her thoughts in
order. "My name is Meg Cummings and I believe I can use a cup of coffee." Meg
was surprised at herself, that she had said these words. "Well, Mss Cummings,
come in!" Ben opened the door and they entered his house. "I'll just need a
quick shower and then I'll be all yours. In the meantime you can look at the
house." Ben said and he disappeared upstairs. "What do I do here?" Meg asked
herself and looked around the living room. The space pleased her, it was bright
and decorated in good taste. In the corner she discovered a portrait from a
young woman. She stepped near, to get a better look at it. "It's Maria, my
wife." she heard Ben said. "Oh, what will she say, when she come home and finds
me here?" Meg took her bag and wanted to go. The last she needed was a situation
like this. "She doesn’t come any longer, never more." Ben looked sadly in the
distance. "She drowned in a boat accident a few years ago." Frightened Meg saw
to him and noticed the deep sorrow in his eyes. She didn't know what to say. Ben
turned to her and said: "Well, I'll go get us the coffee." and he had already
left the room. He came back with a tray. Ben poured first Meg and then himself a
cup of coffee. "Are you staying in Sunset Beach on vacation?" asked Ben, because
he had the feeling tostart the
conversation. "I don't know yet. So much have happend today and first I must
order my thoughts." Meg said. She drank her coffee fast and said good-bye to
Ben. "Thank you, Mr. Evans. I took up too much from your time. As well I would
gladly be alone." Ben jumped up and wanted to hold her back, but he noticed it
was better to let her go now. He accompanied Meg to the door. "It was nice to
make your acquaintance. If you stay longer in Sunset Beach, you can visit me
again. I will be happy if
you visit." Meg smiled
at Ben again and left his house. Ben looked after Meg for while. "Who had
hurt her so deeply?" he asked himself.
Ben
entered his nightclub "The Deep". Mark Wolper, an employee and good friend of
Ben, stepped up to him. "Hi Ben, how was the trip?" he wanted to know. "Good, it
was all right. Any problems here?" Ben looked the place over. "Well, Bob is
sick, but for the moment we manage." "Okay, if you need assistance, I'm in my
office." Ben said and was already away. He liked his office in "The Deep". Here
he always could draw back and nevertheless he could observe what was
happening in the club.
Meg
entered her hotel room. She sat down on the bed and took the telephone into her
hand. She wanted briefly to tell her parents, where she was. "Cummings" Meg's
mother answered. "Hi Mum. It's Meg." "Oh darling where are you? How are you?"
Joan Cummings wanted to know. "Mum I'm in California. In a small city with the
name Sunset Beach and I'm fine." Meg answered. "Really? It was a shock this
morning, wasn't it?" asked Joan. "Mum I'm really fine and well I'll simply want
to forget about Tim!" said Meg. "Mum I've got to stop I'll go out tonight."
"Okay, but call us if you are feeling bad." said Joan. "Bye darling!" "Bye Mum
and give Dad a kiss from me." Meg ended the call. "Fast into the shower. Sunset
Beach at nights waits." said Meg to herself.
Ben could not concentrate on his work. Again and again he came to think about Meg. He stood up from his desk and watched by the disk the driving in his club. Suddenly he couldn't believe his eyes, when he saw, who had entered the Deep.
Meg
looked around. The club pleased her, it was a nice atmosphere. She sat down at
the bar. "What would you like to drink?" the young barkeeper asked. "A glas of
wine, please."Meg ordered . The young man placed a wineglass before Meg
and looked at her. " It's your
first time here, isn't it?
he asked. "Yes, I arrived today." Meg answered. "Mark, I'll take over." she
heard a familiar voice say. And they were again, those eyes. "Welcome to my
club!" Ben said to Meg. "I'll go help
at the tables." Mark said.
"Okay, tomorrow we will look for a temporary help." Ben said. "Oh, any
problems?" Meg asked. "Nothing, which I can't solve." Ben answered "One of my
waiters is sick." "Maybe can I help you? I'm the best waitress from Kansas." Meg
smiled on Ben. "I can't believe this." did Ben say. "You are on your vacation."
"No problems." answered Meg "Where I shall begin?" Ben wanted to reject, then he
saw for the first time, how her eyes radiated. "Well then you take tables 3,5
and 7. But only if it doesn't keep you from
anything." "It's real okay."
said Meg and was already with the work. Ben smiled. Meg surprised
him more every time.
Ben: "Mark, you can go home now.
I'll do the rest by myself."
Mark: "Okay,
see you tomorrow! Bye Meg!"
Meg: "Bye Mark!"
Meg waved to him. She turns around
and sees direct in Bens eyes. He smiles.
Ben: "I believe, it's enough for us
too. I must still thank you for your help."
Meg: " I'm happy to have helps, Mr.
Evans."
Ben: "Please call me Ben. Mr. Evans
is so formal."
Ben could not solve his look from
Meg.
Meg: "Okay, but only if you call me
Meg."
Again smiled Meg and Bens heart
hopped before joy. Finally Meg seemed no longer so sadly.
Ben: "So, will you drink a glass of
wine with me, Meg?"
Meg: "But only one glass, not
more."
Ben poured two glass of wine.
Ben: "Come on, we can sit down in
my office, It's cosier."
He did go before and Meg followed
him. The office was decorated in a very good taste, like his house. Meg sat down
in a comfortable armchair and Ben sat down opposite her.
Ben: "Tell me, what have you planed
for your vacation?"
Meg: "I didn't plan anything.
Actually I should be on the way to my honeymoon."
Meg didn't know, why she told Ben
this.
Ben: "What happened?"
Meg: "Sorry Ben, but I don't like
talk about this now."
Ben: "Okay, but if you need someone
to talk to, you can come to me. Sometimes it does well to speak with someone,
who has the distance to the things."
Meg: "Maybe. Now I'll go in my
hotel."
Meg smiled shy.
Ben: "I'll accompany you. In which
hotel do you live?"
Meg: "In the beach hotel."
Ben: "It's not far away."
They left the Deep side by side.
The short way at the beach, neither of them said a word. Both in their own
thoughts. In front of Megs door they stopped a few moments.
Ben: "It would make me happy, if I
may treat you on breakfast tomorrow as thanks for tonight help."
Meg: "All right."
Meg saw into his eyes again, which
was like a magnet.
Ben: "Come tomorrow at 10.00
o'clock to the Java Web. It's next to the Deep. Good night and sleep well."
Meg: "Thanks for the company and
good night."
Meg entered her room and closed the
door behind herself.
Ben stayed for a moment and said
for himself: "Meg, I believe it was kismet that are met. First would have been
coincidence, also second or third, but four time on one day, that must be
kismet."
Ben felt happier than he had for a
long time now. He left the hotel.
Rested Meg woke up. She remembered a dream, which she had last night. In her
dream Meg spent a beautiful evening with Ben Evans. They had together had dinner
and afterwards they had danced. When the evening went to an end, he took her in
his arms, kissed and told her, that he loves her.
Meg: "Wake up! Yesterday you left
Tim at the altar and today you dream to lay in the arms of another."
She got up because she must take a
shower. Soon she had a date. Under the shower she thought again about Ben. She
couldn't forget those blue eyes. Perhaps it was no coincidence, that she had
meet Ben, but simply only it was Kismet.
Meg: "I should look for a job in
Sunset Beach and find that out."
She considered for a long time,
what should she wear for this day.
Meg: "When I'll stay longer here, I
should go shopping. My dresses are certainly not suitable for California."
She selected her best white jeans
and a red blouse.
In good mood Ben entered the Java
Web.
Mark: "Good morning, Ben!"
Ben: "Good morning, Mark. Is the
picnic basket for me ready?"
Mark: "Everything is like you
wanted."
Ben smiled and was in his thoughts
already with Meg again. Mark observed his friend He hadn't seen Ben so happy for
a long time ago. He was pleased that someone had succeeded to bring the wall
around Ben to collapse.
Mark: "It must be a quite special
woman, with whom you will have the picnic."
Ben: "Well, that she really is."
At this moment Meg entered the Java
Web.
Ben: "Good morning, Meg."
Meg: "Good morning, Ben."
Ben: "Do you like a picnic at the
Beach?"
Meg: "Oh yes, that's a great idea."
Ben: "I know a small bay, where we
certainly won't be disturbed."
Ben smiled. He saw at Meg and found
out, that her eyes today radiated much more than yesterday.
Ben: "I must much briefly get into
the kitchen and than we be able to go."
Ben went into the kitchen.
Mark: "Good morning, Meg. Nice to
meet you again."
Meg: "Hi Mark!
You too."
Mark: " You seem to have impressed
Ben. He hasn't been in so good mood for a long time as he is today."
Meg blushed and thought by herself:
"Maybe it was kismet, that we met us."
At this moment Ben came back with a
picnic basket in his hand.
Ben: "Will we go?"
Meg nodded and they left the Java
Web together.
Chapter 07
Ben
and Meg went along the beach. Amused Ben observed, how Meg took her shoes off,
rolled up her jeans and walked barefoot by the water.
Meg:
"That's great. I have always dreamed of this. In Kansas we have
unfortunately no opportunity for this."
Ben:
"From where in Kansas are you?"
Meg:
"Ludlow. My parents have a farm there. I grew up there. After the college I
returned and since then I have made the bookkeeping for the farm."
They
arrived at the small hidden bay.
Meg:
"It's fantastically here, Ben!"
Ben:
"Yes, that is a quite special place."
He
spreader out the blanket and began to unpack the basket.
Ben:
"May I ask you to sit down, my lady"
Meg:
"Sure, my lord."
Both
laughed.
Ben:
"What can I offer to you? We there are sandwiches, chicken, tomatoes, and
fruits. As beverages I can offer coffee, wine or orange juice."
Meg:
"I'll try the chicken and I like orange juice to drink."
Ben
prepared a plate for Meg and one for himself and poured the fresh juice into two
glasses.
Ben:
"Thank you for the fact, that you helped out yesterday."
Meg:
"I did it gladly. If you use another temporary help, I have decided to stay in
Sunset Beach for a while, so I could use a job."
Ben
was pleased as he heard this.
Ben:
"Bob, the waiter you substituted yesterday, called me and said, that he will
come today again."
Immeditiately Megs view became more sadly again.
Meg:
"What a pity."
Ben:
"I have a idea. You told me a while ago, that you always made the bookkeeping
for the farm. I'm already on the search since long for a female assistant, who
makes this work for me."
Meg:
"Since I'm capable of this work, I'll try it gladly."
Ben:
"I couldn't find anybody better to introduce for this job."
Both
laughed and saw deep into the eyes.
Ben:
"When did your resolution to stay longer in Sunset Beach come?"
Meg:
"I don't know exactly. I like the people here and I think, it's the best place
for me, to forget what happened."
Ben.
"I'm happy about this. Do you want to tell me, what occurred at your wedding?"
Meg:
"There isn't much to tell. Short time before the wedding, I surprised Tim, my
fiancé, with my best girl friend, Connie, in an intimae situation. I dropped
everything, drove to the airport and I took the next airplane."
Ben:
"Tim must be a stupid man."
Ben
saw Meg so deep into her eyes that her heart began to strike faster.
Ben:
"But I think, it was luck for me."
Meg:
"I think, we should now go. I want to go shopping, before my new job will start.
I don't know, what my new boss will say, if I'd be late to work on the first
day."
Ben:
"I believe, he will forgive you everything."
They
both laughed and began to pack the left over. Cheerfully they returned.
Chapter 08
On
the way to the Deep, Ben discovered Meg. She was standing at the end of the pier
and looked at the sunset. He went to Meg, stopped behind her and observed her.
Meg:
"Wonderful! I've never seen anything so beautiful."
Ben:
"It's in the act."
Frightened Meg turned around. Ben stood before her and smiled.
Ben:
"Sorry, I didn't want to frighten you."
Meg:
"Never mind. I was only so fascinated."
Ben:
"Today it's extra beautiful. That's because of the Santa Anna winds. There's
also a beautiful legend to it."
Meg:
"Please, do tell me the legend."
Ben:
"The legend tells, that if the moon rises early just as the Santa Anna winds
kicks up out of nowhere and the sun just dropping out of sight, whoever you meet
at the far side of the pier is who you're destined to be with."
Meg:
"The legend is very romantic."
Ben:
"That it is. And who know, perhaps this is our night."
Ben
took yet another step to Meg, took her into his arms and kissed her.
Meg:
"Ben.........please give me a little more time."
Ben:
"So much times as you needs, but you are to know, that I'll wait for you."
Meg:
"Thanks. I believe it's better, if we will go to the Deep now."
Ben:
"All right. Let us go."
Silent they went to the Deep. In front of the door Ben stopped Meg still another
moment.
Ben:
"I hope, you are not angry about the kiss."
Meg :"No
Ben.
I'm
not angry. It's only so, that....."
Ben:
"You don't need to explain anything to me. I know, that you left Tim at the
altar yesterday."
They
entered the Deep and were welcomed by Mark.
Mark: "Hello Ben
and Meg!"
Ben: "Hello Mark.
May I
present to you my new assistant, Ms Cummings?"
Tenderly Ben smiled at Meg and Meg also had to smile.
Mark:
"Hey Meg, that's great. Will you stay for a longer time in Sunset Beach?"
Meg:
"Yes. I want to begin a new life here in Sunset Beach."
Ben:
"Meg, let us go into my office, then I can show you everything."
Meg:
"Okay. See you later Mark."
Mark:
"See you."
Mark
saw after the both, which disappeared into Ben's office.
"There are a beautiful couple." Mark thought.
Chapter 09
Someone knocked at the door of Ben’s office.
Ben:
"Come in!"
Mark
entered the office.
Mark:
"I want to tell you, that I'll go home now. I closed the Deep half an hour ago
and tided up."
Ben:
"Is it that late? I haven't looked at the time. We became absorbed in the work."
Mark:
"It's okay. Good night to you both."
Meg:
"Good night Mark, see you tomorrow."
Ben: "Bye Mark."
Mark
left the office.
Ben
looked at Meg. She was absorbed in the work again.
Ben:
"We should finish for today, too. The rest we'll do tomorrow."
Meg:
"Okay you are the boss."
Ben:
"I'll take you to your hotel."
Meg:
"Please don't Ben. I want to be alone, so I rather walk. So I'll see you
tomorrow:"
Ben:
"It's alright if you want it. I'll work a little bit more now."
Meg
stood up and went to Ben. She gave him a kiss on his cheek.
Meg:
"See you tomorrow. Good night."
Ben:
"Good night and sweet dreams."
Meg
smiled again to him and left the Deep. The thoughts whirled around in her head.
Again and again she thought at the moment when Ben had kissed her. Alone the
thought let her heart beat faster. Short in front of the hotel, someone stood
her way. Frightened looked she up.
Meg:
"Hey, what's going on?"
Tim:
"That I should ask you!"
Meg:
"Tim? What are you doing here?"
Tim:
"What I'm doing here? Do you really have to ask me that?"
Tim
stepped nearer to Meg and look angry to her.
Meg:
"I don't understand what you want!"
Tim:
"You left me before the altar, because you catched me with Connie and what is
with you?"
Meg
stepped back few steps.
Meg:
"I don't understand what you mean."
Tim
became more angry, also Meg became more afraid.
Tim:
"I mean the guy here in Sunset Beach, who you have a love-affair with."
Meg:
I don't have a love-affair!"
Tim
griped Megs arm.
Tim:
"Don't lie! I observed you both at the pier. I saw, how you kissed."
Meg:
"I don't have to explain it to you. We don't plighted longer."
Tim:
"I see is different. I had declived you and you also me. And now pack up your
things and get back with me to Kansas!"
Meg:
"I won't come with you. Let me free. You are hurting me!"
Tim:
"I'll show you, who have to say, what you do. Hurry up, we'll get your things!"
Coarse Tim pushed Meg forward. As he pushed she through the door at the hotel,
she could tear off.
Meg:
"It's enough Tim! I won't get back with you!"
Tim:
"You'll get back with me and no more discussion about this!"
Alex,
the manager of the hotel, was attentived at the both.
Alex:
"Can I help you, Mr.?"
Tim:
"No, this is a thing about my fiancée and me."
Meg:
"We're not engaged any longer Tim. And now leave me alone."
Alex:
"You had heard the lady. Leave the hotel please!"
He
held the door open for Tim.
Tim:
"The last word haven't been said about this Meg!”
Furious he left the hotel.
Alex:
"Are you all right?"
Meg:
"Thank you for your help. I'll go at my room now."
When
she arrived her room, she couldn't hold her tears back. Sobbing she sat down on
her bed.
Chapter 10
Ben
frightened up, when the telephone was ringing.
Ben: "Evans!"
Meg:
"Ben....."
Meg
couldn't speak.
Ben:
"Meg? It's you? Talk to me!"
Meg:
"Ben, I.....Tim!"
Meg
sobbed.
Ben:
"Meg, what has happened?"
Meg:
"Ben, Tim was here, it was terrible!"
Ben:
"Where is he now? Is he still there?"
Meg:
"I don't know Ben!"
Ben:
"Stay there Meg. I'll come in few moments."
Ben rushed out of his office and few minutes later he was standing in front of
Megs door. He knocked.
Ben:
"Meg, it's me Ben. Open the door please!"
Meg
opened the door.
Meg: "Oh
Ben......"
Ben
took Meg in his arms.
Ben:
"Calm down, darling and tell me, what is going on."
Meg
felt safe in Ben’s arms and slowly she got quiet.
Ben:
"So, and now you can tell me what happened. What had Tim done to you?"
Meg:
"Tim waited for me at the front of the hotel. He accused me, that you and I had
deceived him."
Ben:
"Why he thinks this?"
Meg:
"He said, he had observed us at the pier and he saw when you kissed me:"
Ben:
"And where is Tim now?"
Meg:
"I don't know. He had tried to force me to go back to Kansas with him.
Fortunately the manager cam between and then I ran away to my room. Ben what
should I do now?"
Ben
felt a stitch in his heart when he saw Meg so hurt again.
Ben:
"Darling I'm here."
Meg:
"Ben, what I should do now?"
Ben:
"Firstly I want you to come with me."
Meg
looked at Ben with big eyes.
Ben:
"Don't be afraid. I have a nice guestroom. You can believe me, I couldn't hurt
you Meg."
Meg
looked at Ben again. In his eyes she saw, that his offer was seriousness.
Meg:
"And then? Ben what we will do with Tim?"
Ben: "That we'll see tomorrow. So, we'll pack up your things now and then you
come with me."
Ben
took her suitcase and packed Megs things up.
Ben:
"So, my darling, now you will be secure and everything will be good."
They
left the hotel and went to Ben's house.
Chapter 11
Ben
and Meg entered his house.
Meg: "Oh
Ben."
Comforting Ben took Meg in his arms.
Ben: "Meg,
darling!
Calm
down, everything will be good.
Meg:
"Ben, everything was my fault.
I..."
Ben: "Schsch Meg.
You
didn't do anything wrong, finally I had kissed you!"
Meg:
"But I wanted it so much, Ben."
Ben
smiled.
Ben:
"When you wanted it so much, the it was right. So and now you try to sleep.
We'll see what we will do about Tim tomorrow."
Meg:
"Thanks Ben, thank you for everything."
Ben:
"Now I'll show you the guestroom."
He
guided Meg in the upper floor at the house.
Ben:
"So, here you can sleep tonight. There is the bathroom. I'll get you a cup of
tea."
Meg:
"Please don't let me be alone, Ben!"
Ben: "I'll back in a short time, promise."
Ben
left the room and Meg began to undress. She got a nightshirt out of her suitcase
and pulls it on. Shivery she quickly slipped in the bed. Few moments later Ben
came back with a cup of tea.
Ben:
"Here dink this, it will be good for you."
Meg:
"Thanks Ben. You are so lovingly."
Ben
looks at her and smiled. He sat down at the bed.
Ben:
"This is because of you."
Meg:
"Of me?"
Ben:
"Yes, you are bringing the light back to me, I thought I had lost it for ever."
Meg
also smiled now.
Meg:
"But I don't do anything."
Ben:
"But still you had me bewitched."
Meg:
"I did what?"
Ben:
"The first moment we met and you smiled to me, there was a sadness in your
eyes."
Meg:
"I didn't think about this."
Ben:
"No? When I was attracted for you?"
Meg:
"As you had pushed me out of my thoughts and told me, that I must fasten my
seatbelts. At this moment I looked for the first time in your eyes and they let
me forget all my troubles for the moment."
Ben:
"After that, I regret that I didn't talk more with you. I wanted to know about
you."
Meg:
"Yes and then you are run into me at the beach. A bizarre chance."
Ben:
"I didn't believe it was by chance. Meg I believe, no, I know, it was our
kismet. We are destined for each other."
He
flexed to her and kissed Meg. And she kissed Ben.
Meg:
"Please Ben, don't leave me ever again."
Ben:
"Meg I promise you, I won't leave you alone ever again. When you want I stay by
you for the rest of my live. From the first moment I was in love with you and I
know, that you are the love of my live."
Meg
smiled.
Meg:
"And Maria?"
Ben:
"I had Maria loved too, but not so deep as you, darling."
Again
he kissed Meg.
Meg:
"I love you too. I don't believe, that it isn't a dream."
Ben:
"Believe me, it isn't a dream. I love you and it was our kismet, that we had
met. And I believe too, that we'll be together for the rest of our lives."
Meg
smiled and kissed Ben.
Meg:
"Firstly I would be pleased, if you stay with me tonight."
Ben:
"I'll do everything if you want it, but only if you are sure."
Meg:
"I haven't been so sure in my life as I am now."
They
kissed and they made loved tenderly and long.
*****The end*****
